FAQ

Who is eligible for this program? Any new subscription made starting December 3, 2025. This program does not apply for existing subscription plans prior to December 3.

Does the program cost anything? No! New subscribers are automatically enrolled in this benefits program at no additional cost outside your regular subscription.

Is this benefit available on any subscription plan? Yes! These benefits apply to all products that are enrolled in a subscription plan starting December 3, 2025.

How will I know I am receiving my benefits? You will see the reward items or discounts in your renewal order automatically. No promo codes are necessary!

How long will I receive benefits? Benefits are available as long as you maintain your subscription with Fling.

Can I exchange or alter the benefits? No, benefits can not be changed, exchanged or transferred to other customers.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility. The Program is available only to individuals who enroll in an active new subscription. The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Only new subscription orders are eligible for Fling Plus rewards. Existing subscriptions do not qualify unless otherwise stated.

Program Overview.  The Fling Plus Rewards Program provides eligible subscribers with gifts, discounts, or other benefits (“Rewards”) based on their continued subscription activity. Rewards may vary and are subject to change at any time.

Earning Rewards. Rewards may only be earned through qualifying subscription orders shipped and billed successfully. Subscribers may earn Rewards as follows:

  • 2nd Subscription Order: Free Travel Tin (approx. $20 value)
  • 3rd Subscription Order: Free 30-day supply of Daily Greens (approx. $32 value)
  • 4th Subscription Order and Beyond: Ongoing 20% discount applied automatically to future subscription renewals (approx. $100 in annualized value)

Reward Delivery. Physical Rewards will be included with the corresponding qualifying order or shipped separately at the Company’s discretion. Discounts will be automatically applied to eligible future subscription orders. Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, or substituted, except as required by law or permitted by the Company.

Subscription Requirements. A “subscription order” refers to a recurring purchase processed through the subscription platform. Skipped, paused, canceled, or failed payments do not count toward Reward eligibility. If a subscription is canceled before reaching a Reward milestone, the subscriber forfeits any unearned Rewards.

Program Changes & Termination. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without notice. This includes adjusting Reward thresholds, values, or availability. In the event of Program termination, previously earned Rewards that have not yet been redeemed may be forfeited.

Fraud, Abuse & Misconduct. The Company may suspend or terminate a user’s participation in the Program if it suspects: 1) Fraudulent activity, 2) Abuse of the Program, 3) Manipulation of subscription orders, 4) Violation of these Terms.  Decisions are at the Company’s sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for: 1) Delays or failures in Reward delivery, 2) Errors in account information, 3) Loss, theft, or misuse of Rewards. Rewards are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Privacy. Participation in the Program requires the collection and processing of certain personal information. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
